Our Process
1️⃣ Submit Your Request
Complete our Custom Wheel Request Form with your vehicle information, preferred wheel style, and photos of your vehicle.
We’ll review your build and discuss available options before beginning the design process.
2️⃣ Design Consultation & 3D Rendering
Every custom wheel begins with a digital concept.
A non-refundable $100 Design Deposit secures your custom 3D rendering and design consultation.
We’ll continue refining the design until every specification has been approved by you before production begins.
The $100 deposit is applied toward your final wheel purchase.
3️⃣ Forged Aluminum Preparation
Once your design has been approved, premium forged aluminum blanks are selected and prepared for machining.
Unlike cast wheels, forged wheels begin as a solid piece of high-strength aluminum, providing exceptional strength while reducing overall weight.
4️⃣ CNC Precision Machining
Using advanced CNC machining, your wheel face is cut directly from the forged blank according to your approved design and exact vehicle specifications.
Every spoke, contour, bolt hole, and mounting surface is machined specifically for your order.
5️⃣ Finishing & Assembly
Once machining is complete, your wheels receive their selected finish before undergoing final assembly and quality inspection.
Available finishes include:

Every wheel is carefully inspected before leaving the factory.
6️⃣ Packaging & Shipping
After final inspection, your wheels are professionally packaged for international shipment.
Throughout production, customers may receive updates showing the progress of their order whenever available.
These updates may include:

✔ Packaging

The wheel you approve in the rendering is the wheel that arrives at your door.
Every set is manufactured specifically for your vehicle, ensuring premium fitment, exceptional quality, and a truly one-of-a-kind look.
Payment Information
No payment for your wheel order is required until all wheel specifications, finishes, fitment, and design details have been finalized and approved.
To begin the design process, a non-refundable $100 Design Deposit is required. This deposit covers your custom 3D renderings and design consultation.
Once your final design is approved, the $100 deposit will be credited toward the total purchase price of your wheels.
Production does not begin until the remaining balance has been paid.
